Kirk Strahan, Broker
I opened Kirk Strahan Realty in 2001. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 22 years. I opened my Brokerage in 2001 and have been serving the Permian Basin in buying and selling of Residential and Commercial properties. Moving to Odessa in 1978, I has seen Odessa grow alongside the oil industry. I have served on several different capacities in the Odessa Board of Realtors. Earning the Golden “R” award in 2006 while serving as its President in 2007.
I have been a top producer in the Real Estate Industry for several years. I have sold Residential, Commercial, represented Landlords and Tenants in Commercial Leasing. I have been Involved in Land Sales and Developed properties in West Texas. I have extensive knowledge about properties in and around the Permian Basin including the communities of San Angelo, Snyder, Andrews, Kermit, El Dorado, Midland, Odessa, Pecos , Monahans and other West Texas communities. I will put my 20+ years in the Real Estate Industry to work for you.
Austin Strahan, Agent
Austin in new to the Real Estate business but has been around it all his life. Austin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University Of Texas of the Permian Basin. Austin has worked in the oil field for a few years and has extensive knowledge of Midland/ Odessa and all of the surrounding communities.

Steven Strahan, Agent
Steven Strahan is a distinguished commercial real estate agent based out of West Texas, renowned for his expertise and dedication to the industry. With several hundred hours of real estate education under his belt, coupled with five years of industry experience, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every transaction.
Prior to his career in real estate, Steven worked in the oil and gas industry for over 14 years in every position from a shop hand, where he cleaned and serviced various types of oil filled equipment, including blowout preventers, and hydraulic power tongs, all the way up through the ranks spending most of his career as the manager of business development for the mobile rig division of National Oilwell Varco. Steven served as the Permian Basin Chapter Chairman for the Association of Energy Service Companies in 2013 and 2014, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen in navigating the dynamic energy sector.
Steven's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own business, specializing in the repair of oilfield well servicing equipment. After three successful years of operation, he negotiated the sale of the business, showcasing his prowess in business development and negotiation.
Born and raised in West Texas, Steven has a deep-rooted connection to the region and its community. Outside of his professional endeavors, he finds joy in outdoor adventures with his family, including hunting, fishing, hiking, and exploring the vast landscapes of West Texas.
Steven is not only dedicated to his career and family but also actively involved in his local church community. He serves as a guitar player in the worship ministry at The Bridge, where he finds fulfillment in contributing his musical talents to the spiritual enrichment of others.

J.D. Granado, Agent
A proud native of Odessa, Texas, J.D. Granado, affectionately known as Coach Granado, has deep roots in the community. After graduating from Permian High School, J.D. pursued his passion for education and sports, earning a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
J.D. began coaching in 2007, and he dedicated over eight years to serving the local school system. With a love for basketball, he continues to coach for his daughters' teams, fostering a sense of teamwork and leadership both on and off the court. Notably, J.D. made history as the inaugural Varsity High School UIL Football Coach for Odessa Compass Academy Charter School, leaving an indelible mark on the local sports community.
Transitioning his passion for leadership and community building into the realm of real estate, J.D. specializes in real estate investments, commercial properties, and land acquisitions, while also providing expert guidance in residential transactions. With over nine years of experience in the real estate industry, J.D. brings a unique perspective and dedication to each client interaction.
